DESCRIPTION: Near the isthmus (thin section of the ridge). In the canyon are a series of waterfalls more noticeable in high-res. Prior to the isthmus we followed a trace trail on the ridge and saw bogs and plants that resembled aloe-vera. Above the isthmus we took tunnels through the brush and climbed a 45-degree scree slope.
